With 22+ years of leadership in beauty, wellness, and consumer products, I specialize in driving omni-channel growth, eCommerce transformation, and digital innovation across global markets.

Currently, I serve as Vice President of Global eCommerce at Mattel, leading the growth and global expansion of Mattel Creations, the company’s adult collector DTC platform. I drive cross-functional strategies across product, marketing, tech, and operations, scaling high-performing teams, optimizing digital experiences, and unlocking new revenue streams worldwide.

Previously, as Chief Growth Officer for a celebrity brand, I oversaw creative, design, marketing, eCommerce, and retail, crafting impactful brand narratives, accelerating performance marketing, and launching 360° campaigns that fueled exponential growth.

Earlier in my career, I served as the architect of Wella’s eCommerce ecosystem, spearheading its digital transformation, launching global DTC and B2B platforms, and expanding marketplace and Amazon presence to drive significant topline growth.
